("Website"). By placing an order through this Website you will be agreeing to
the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and
agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our
service.
1. General
Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our
website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not
be able to fulfil all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will
fulfil the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would
prefer to await restocking of the backordered item or if you would prefer for us
to process a refund.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and
destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected
with the purchase.
This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.
3. Returns
3.1 Return Due To Change Of Mind
Fashionxcrew.com will happily accept returns due to change of mind as long as a
request to return is received by us within 24 hours of receipt of item and are
returned to us in original packaging, unused and in resalable condition.
Return shipping will be paid at the customers expense and will be required to
arrange their own shipping.
Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed to store
credit for a future purchase. We will notify you once this has been completed
through email.
(Fashionxcrew.com) will refund the value of the goods returned but will NOT refund
the value of any shipping paid.
3.2 Warranty Returns
Fashionxcrew.com will happily honour any valid warranty claims, provided a claim is
submitted within 90 days of receipt of items.
Customers will be required to pre-pay the return shipping, however we will
reimburse you upon successful warranty claim.
Upon return receipt of items for warranty claim, you can expect Fashionxcrew.com to
process your warranty claim within 7 days.
Once warranty claim is confirmed, you will receive the choice of:
(a) refund to your payment method
(b) a refund in store credit
(c) a replacement item sent to you (if stock is available)

However, if due to some unforeseen situation you require the return of the product then the following terms apply for a mutually consented return.
You will need to inform our team within 24 hours of delivery of the product via Sale.fashionx@gmail.com email.
If for any reason you do not feel satisfied with the product delivered to you then please get in touch with our Customer Service team for an appropriate resolution.
Please Note: We will not exchange/return products bought during sale or special discount. CLEARANCE SALE items are not returnable. Replacement/exchange is subject to product/ stock availability. An exchange will be done only one time.
We have listed everything below about our Cancellation and Refunds policy so that in case you do decide to cancel your order or return, you do not face any issue.
The biggest drawback of online shopping is a customer cannot touch and feel the product, they sometimes don’t receive the exact product as shown in the image on the website. Our team verifies the material quality, stitching quality, etc and confirms that the product is exactly the same as shown on the website to give you better shopping experience.
Pre-Shipment Cancellations
Q: Can I cancel my order in case I change my mind after ordering?
A: Yes, you can choose to cancel all Non-Ready to Ship products, only if done within 24 hours of placing it. Cancellation of your order is only possible if the order is not dispatched from our warehouse. If you wish to cancel your order within 24 hours, then kindly email us on help@Fashionxcrew.com including your order number.
We will initiate a 100% refund of your money and a confirmation of the same will be sent to you via e-mail, though we would have loved to have added a new Ethnic Fashion statement to your wardrobe. Please be apprised that Ready to Ship orders are not eligible for cancellations as they are dispatched within 24 hours of the receipt of order.
Q: Why a "24 Hour" deadline?
A: As soon as your order is confirmed, the action is initiated at our end. The process of picking, packaging, customizing and logistics start. Once confirmation is done, our team dispatch your ordered item as soon as possible from our warehouse. so you will get within the specified delivery time.
Q: What if I cancel after 24 hours of ordering?
A: Usually, We do not cancel the placed order after 24hrs. If you want to cancel the order after 24hrs you will have to pay 20% processing charges from your total order amount. Orders cancelled post 24 hours of confirmation are dealt with on a case-to-case basis by our Customer Care team depending on the degree of process completion.
Q: Why delivery getting late?
A: Sometimes product which you ordered either not in ready stock or in the manufacturing process it may delay in dispatch. We have ready 90% livestock on the website, but it's fashion and demanding items so it may be possible that it's not in stock sometime. But Our team tries too hard to dispatch it as soon as it's ready.
Another reason can be customers will add an inappropriate address, incorrect Pin code and wrong phone number will delay in delivery.
Post-Shipment Return
Please note that we are not accepting any returns for stitched clothing, including Stitched Salwar Suits, Stitched Lehenga, Stitched Kurti & Stitched Sarees with custom blouse. We only accept returns for unstitched products in specific criteria.
Bollywood replica and other replica product images are just for reference purpose. Those products are not exactly the same but It will be similar as shown in Image. Bollywood replica and replica products are non-returnable. Product quality will be good but not exactly as shown in the image. We try to give you a similar product with the best possible quality for the given price. You can ask our team for the original image before ordering the product
Q: How soon should I get back to you?
A: Please write to us on help@Fashionxcrew.com within 24 hours of receiving the order for reporting any complaints with regards to the product received as damaged, found with a manufacturing defect, or any other issues.
Q: What are the steps of returning any item ordered from Fashionxcrew.com?
A: In case you have any complaints regarding the product you have received, please ensure that you report it to us within 24 hours of receiving the product on Sale.fashionx@gmail.com email.
You will receive an acknowledgment e-mail from us on confirming a Return Authorisation, within 2-3 business days. Please do not ship items before you receive this email from us. We will be unable to process any "Items Returned" without the Return Authorisation Reference.
Please note: In case needed, we'd request you for a digital picture of the item for our internal review to be able to process your request.
Once our team accepted your return request, you must need to write your name same like order name and order number to identify your ordered item while returning back our items. If you don't write order number and name, Our team will not responsible for a misplaced parcel.
Products much match with following criteria to accept returns:
- The returned product should be in the original packaging, unused condition and in the same condition as you received the product.
- The return product contains all item like its bottom, blouse, dupatta or extra fabric etc
- And if during any special offer which you get the free extra product is also sent to us with return product. If anything is miss, then your product will not eligible for return.
- In case you receive a damaged or defective product contacts us within 24 hours from the time of delivery.
- Original barcodes, tags, labels, product, and brand packaging should not be tampered with.
- Sachets/ packets accompanying the box should not be opened/ tampered with.
- As safe delivery to you is our responsibility, in the same way sending back safely to us is your responsibility. If something happens in transit and the package doesn't get delivered to us, we cannot help you. So make sure to send through suggested postal service in our return authorization mail only and forward the details to us and keep the airway bill or postal receipt till it gets delivered to us.
- However, you must understand that we can't bear a loss either; so a return of products will be accepted only if the products are returned in a saleable condition with the tags intact and in their original packaging, in an unwashed and undamaged condition.
- Refund/replacement for goods/merchandise is subject to inspection and checking by Fashionxcrew.com team after they are received at our facility.
- Damages due to neglect, improper usage or application will not be covered under our Returns Policy.
As a policy, our teams shall examine the products on return and identify the defects/variation as indicated by you.
Post inspection of returned item(s), our Customer Care team will propose remedial solutions to you on a case to case basis:
- Choosing an alternate Outfits as a replacement of equal value
- A Store Credit to be used later for shopping on Fashionxcrew.com
- A Refund as decided on a case to case basis
A customer has to bear the shipping cost while returning the unstitched products in any case. Fashionxcrew.com will not bear any kind return shipping cost.
We are not responsible for customs duty for international orders.
Colour and Description Discrepancy
The apparel description on the website contains details and product specifications which are approximate values, closest to reality. While we strive to be accurate in showcasing colours there still may be minor variations because of the light and settings during photography and also the colour settings and properties of various monitors. Other details like weight, work details and size may vary slightly as well. Hence the customer should keep in mind the slight variation when placing the order online. Fashionxcrew.com believes that every customer placing an order is absolutely aware of these minor variations that may occur in with respect to the actual color of the outfit received.
Note: Any dispute arises between the parties, only Surat court have jurisdiction to settle the dispute.
Embellishment related Issues
Apparel consisting of embellishments like beads and sequences usually has the tendency to come off. Even with perfect handling, care and packaging this cannot be completely avoided. During physical transit, some of them may come loose, hence if you see such situations arise when you unpack or wear your attire, do not worry as it is a common issue.
Delivery Terms
4.1 Transit Time Domestically
In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 2 - 7 days
4.2 Transit time Internationally
Generally, orders shipped internationally are in transit for 4 - 22 days. This
varies greatly depending on the courier you have selected. We are able to offer
a more specific estimate when you are choosing your courier at checkout.
4.4 Change Of Delivery Address
Orders placed before 05 PM - CDT (UTC-05) will be dispatched the same day,
otherwise, within the next business day.
Our warehouse operates on Monday - Friday during standard business hours, except
on national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these
instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.
4.4 Change Of Delivery Address
For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at
any time before the order has been dispatched.
4.5 P.O. Box Shipping
Fashionxcrew.com will ship to P.O. box addresses using postal services only. We are
unable to offer couriers services to these locations.
4.6 Military Address Shipping
We are able to ship to military addresses using USPS. We are unable to offer
this service using courier services.
4.7 Items Out Of Stock
If an item is out of stock, we will wait for the item to be available before
dispatching your order. Existing items in the order will be reserved while we
await this item.
4.8 Delivery Time Exceeded
If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we
can conduct an investigation.
5. Tracking Notifications
Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be
able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made
available by the shipping provider.
6. Parcels Damaged In Transit
If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the
parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the
parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer
service with the next steps.
7. Duties & Taxes
7.1 Sales Tax
Sales tax has already been applied to the price of the goods as displayed on the
website
7.2 Import Duties & Taxes
Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be liable to be paid
upon arrival in the destination country. This varies by country, and Fashionxcrew.com
encourages you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with
us.
If you refuse to to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination
country, the goods will be returned to Fashionxcrew.com at the customers expense, and
the customer will receive a refund for the value of goods paid, minus the cost
of the return shipping. The cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded.
8. Cancellations
If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to
accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an
order
has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.
9. Insurance
Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value as stated by the
courier.
9.1 Process for parcel damaged in-transit
We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has completed
their investigation into the claim.

We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has conducted an
investigation and deemed the parcel lost.
