Refund:

  1. When Fashionxcrew.com get a product we will check it and confirm that the product is same as we shipped. If it is confirming by our QC team we will revert you for payment confirmation or if it is not same product which we had shipped will be not refund.
  2. If your Return is confirming, we will inform via mail and pay your order amount through online (bank transfer) within 7 days.
  3. If Customer want refund their amount will be refunded after deduction of 20% Cost of Shipping and Order Management in your account within 7 days.
